It has some of the very basic similiarities to the sims, but the choices are extremely limited. There are very few (and ugly) clothing choices, you can only choose a son as your child, the furniture can be upgraded but once again is very limited (same goes for walls and floors) and the interactions can get a little boring.The basis is that the outcome of the game depends on the choices you make when dealing with the other characters. There are also some small mini-games to play, but otherwise it's over far too quickly. It was quite disappointing, but that's just my opinion.
